Jasmin Patel holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting & Finance and brings more than ten years of hands-on accounting experience, now focused entirely on the Canadian market. That focus matters: GST/HST and provincial sales tax coding, CRA-ready records, payroll remittances and year-end packages for Canadian accountants each follow their own rhythm.
The core of the work is full-cycle accounting — recording, reconciling, closing and reporting — delivered with the discipline of a monthly checklist rather than ad-hoc data entry. Alongside that sits accounting systems work: choosing the right software, setting up a chart of accounts that reflects how you actually run the business, migrating historical data and building Excel reporting where standard reports fall short.
Jasmin is certified in QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel, and is experienced across Xero, FreshBooks, Wave and Sage 50, plus Canadian tax software including TurboTax, UFile and TaxCycle. Every engagement is handled personally, so the person who understands your books is the person you talk to.
